৬. শিপিং এবং ডেলিভারি

৭. বিক্রিত পণ্য ফেরত এবং অর্থ ফেরত শর্তাবলী
ক্রেতারা যদি কোনো ত্রুটিযুক্ত, শারীরিকভাবে ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত বা ভুল পণ্য গ্রহণ করেন, তাহলে তারা পণ্যটি ফেরত দিতে পারেন। পণ্য ফেরত বা অর্থ ফেরত এর জন্য, আপনাকে প্রথমবার পণ্যটি আনবক্স করার সময় একটি সঠিকভাবে ভিডিও করতে হবে এবং যদি পণ্যটি শারীরিকভাবে ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত, ত্রুটিযুক্ত বা ভুল হয়, তাহলে ডেলিভারির ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে আমাদের জানাতে হবে। এই সময়ের পরে কোনো অভিযোগ বিবেচনা করা হবে না এবং আমরা সেই পণ্যটির জন্য কোনো পণ্য ফেরত বা অর্থ ফেরতে বাধ্য থাকব না।
যদি কোনো পণ্যে ব্র্যান্ড ওয়ারেন্টি থাকে, তাহলে আপনি সেই ওয়ারেন্টি পাবেন এবং সেই ক্ষেত্রে আপনাকে ওরিজিনাল প্যাকেজিং এবং আনুষাঙ্গিক সংরক্ষণ করতে হবে ওয়ারেন্টি দাবি করার জন্য। ব্র্যান্ড ওয়ারেন্টি পলিসি অনুসরণ করা হবে।

6. Shipping and Delivery
We offer nationwide delivery across Bangladesh.
Shipping fees and delivery times may vary depending on the location and size of your order. Any estimated delivery dates are provided as guidelines and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors (e.g., natural disasters, strikes).
7. Return and Refund Policy
Customers may return if they receive any defective, physically damaged, or incorrect product. To initiate return or refund, you must make a proper video while unboxing the product for the first time and if the product is physically damaged, defective or incorrect then you must let us know the situation within 24 hours of the delivery time. After this time, any type of complaint regarding receiving a physically damaged, defective or incorrect product will not be considered and we will not be bound to initiate any refund or return for that product.
If a product has a brand warranty, then you will get that warranty and, in that case, you must store the original packaging and accessories to claim warranty. The brand warranty policy will be applied to the claim.

Refunds will be processed after we receive the returned product, and refunds may take up to 7 business days to appear in your account, depending on the payment method used.
